Following the initial intake, we will outline a plan for services and schedule subsequent sessions based on your needs and availability. If you have an initial intake session, I typically have availability to begin services within the next two weeks, though your schedule may impact the start date.
After completing the intake process, your first session will be an initial intake. During this session, we will review background information, discuss goals for services, and start determining the next steps.
Schedule a 20-minute meet-and-greet to get to know one another. It’s important to find the best fit in a psychologist, and this session will allow us to ensure that we are a good match.
Complete the intake form or email to get started. You’ll receive a call from the office manager to walk through next steps. You can also call the office directly with questions or to begin the process.
To ensure that all clients have access to available time slots, I ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours will not incur a charge. If a session is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, you will be charged 100% of the session fee. For no-shows, you will be charged the full session fee.
I understand that illness and unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we aim to be flexible when possible. However, due to the potential impact on other clients, we ask that you notify me as soon as possible if you anticipate any issues attending your session. Please note that late cancellation fees are ultimately at my discretion. Thank you for your understanding.
